快速湿氧化法的研究 Ⅱ.用硫脲滴定法测定有机汞药物中的汞含量

STUDIES ON RAPID WET-OXIDATION METHOD——Ⅱ.THE DETERMINATION OF MERCURY IN ORGANO-MERCURY DRUGS BY THIOUREA TITRATION

  • 摘要: 快速湿氧化法破坏半微量的有机汞样品的操作頗为簡捷,能定量地回收汞。如果样品含溴,破坏后需再煑沸几分钟以消除干扰,回收率可达99.8%。本文同时提供一个用飽和硫氰酸汞液及飽和硫酸鉄銨液作指示剂,在强酸介貭中,用硫脲标准液准确滴定Hg++的容量法,溫度低于40℃,方法的終点敏銳,用本文方法測定汞溴紅等五种有机汞药物的結果,与用不同方法測得的結果一致。

     

    Abstract: A method has been developed for the assay of mercury in organo-mercury drugs using rapid wet-oxidation method followed by thiourea titration with solutions of mercuric thiocyanate and ferric ammonia sulfate as indicator. The interference of bromine may be eliminated by boiling the solutions for a few minutes. As a titrant thiourea is more advantageous than ammonium thiocyanate since the end point is very sharp at a temperature below 40℃.
