Abstract:
Five flavonoid glycosides were isolated from the alcoholic extract of the pollen of
Typha angustifolia L. (Typhaceae). Two of them are triglycosides including a new compound, and the other three are diglycosides. On the basis of spectroscopic (UV, IR, MS,
1HNMR and
13CNMR) analysis and identification of the acidic hydrolytic products the structure of the new compound was elucidated as isorhamnetin-3-o- (2
G-
α-L-rhamnopyranosyl) -
α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1→6)-
β-D-glncopyranoside and named typhaneoside(Ⅰ). The four known compounds were identified as kaempferol-3-O-(2
G-α-L-rhamnosyl) rutinoside (Ⅱ), isorhamnetin-3-O-neohesperidoside(Ⅲ), kaempferol-3-O-rhamnosylglucoside(Ⅳ) and quercetin-3-O-neohesperidoside(Ⅴ), respectively. Compound Ⅱ was found in this genus for the first time.
