PHARMACOKINETIC STUDY OF FOSFOMYCIN

Eight volunteers were given Fosfomycin in iv gtt, im and po. By analysing the conditions, this article gives some pharmacokinetic parameters about fosfomycin.In iv gtt, T1/2(α)=0.29 h, T1/2(β)=2.16 h, T1/2(K₁₀)=0.91 h, Vd=19.21+4.35 (1)In im, Ka=0.83 h^-1, Tlag=0.039 h, F: 94%In po, Ka=1.22 h^-1, Tlag=0.38 h, F: 26%After paired comparison between the parameters of the product made in Shanghai and that of imported material, the conclusion is obtained that there is no significant difference.
