STUDIES ON CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF ARISTOLOCHIA MOUPINENSIS FRANCH
-
Abstract
Thirteen constituents were isolated from the root and stem of Aristolochia moupinensis Franch, one of them is a new compound named moupinamide. Its structure was confirmed as(ⅩⅢ) on the basis of spectral data and chemical synthesis. The other twelve were shown to be known compounds: aristolochic acid Ⅰ(Ⅰ), allantoin (Ⅱ), syringic acid(Ⅲ), p-coumaric acid(Ⅳ), aristolochic acid Ⅳ(Ⅴ), β-sitosterol(Ⅵ), magnoflorine(Ⅶ), aristolochic acid Ⅳ methyl ether(Ⅷ), palmitic acid(Ⅸ), aristolochic acid Ⅱ(Ⅹ), N(p-hydroxyphenethyl) p-coumaramide(Ⅺ), aristolochic acid Ⅳ methyl ether methyl ester(Ⅻ).Moupinamide was found in vitro to inhibit rat platelet aggregation and MDA formation in platelets.
