-
Abstract
A new minor benzophenathridine-type alkaloid, Ambinine(Ⅰ), C23 H27O6N, mp 218~219°, αD29—98°(c 0.11,CHCl3) was isolated from the stem tuber of Corydalis ambigua Cham. et Schltd. (papaveraceae). The structure of ambinine was established as I by spectroscopic analysis (UV, IR, PMR, CMR, MS) and comparison of the data of the compound and its derivatives with that of the known alkaloid corynoline and its derivatives.
