STRUCTURES OF SPIRASINE Ⅳ, SPIRASINE Ⅸ AND SPIRASINE Ⅺ, THREE NEW DITERPENE ALKALOIDS FROM SPIRAEA JAPONICA L. F. VAR. FORTUNEI (PHANCHON) REHD.
Three new alkaloids, Spirasine Ⅳ, Spirasine Ⅺ and Spirasine Ⅸ were isolated from the root of Spiraea japonica L. f. vat. fortuei (phanchon) Rehd. On the basis of their IR, MS, 1H-, 13C-MMR, CD, UV spectra and chemical correlations, the structures have been elucidated as (2), (3) and (4), respectively.
