STUDIES ON THE STABILITY OF POLYPHASE DISPERSION SYSTEMS BY THE METHOD OF PHASE INVERSION TEMPERATURE

  • In this report, a new method is presented for measuring the stability of polyphase liposome dispersion as intravenous injection in the form of suspension. From conductivity-temperature curve of the dispersion the temperature of phase transition may be infered. It is relative to the stability of the dispersion. The result of the method agreed with that of subsidence analysis, data of size distribution.
