Abstract

Four anthraquinones (Ⅰ～Ⅳ) and lupeol (Ⅴ) were isolated from the root of Uentilago leiocarpa Benth. (Rhamnaceae). compound Ⅲ wis the first time obtained from a natural source. Compound Ⅳ leiocarpaquinone, was a new anthraquinone.
