STUDY ON DETERMINATION OF MICROAMOUNT OF LEVAMISOLE WITH NAFION-MODIFIED GLASSY CARBON ELECTRODE

Levamisole is an electroinactive cationic drug.This paper describes the method for determination of microamount of levamisole with nafion-modified glassy carbon electrode and discussesits reaction mechanism. The peak current of dopamine is decreased when levamisole is added to anelectrolyte solution containing electroactive dopamine, There is a good linear relationship between theextent of the decrease in peak current and the logarithmic concentration of levamisole in the range of2×10^-6～8×10^-5mol·L^-1. The detection limit of the method is 1×10^-6mol·L^-1 Therecovery is 96.8%～105.8%, and the relative standard deviation is 3.2%(n=10).
