QUANTITATIVE CORRELATIONS OF THE INHIBITORY EFFECTS OF ITRIAZINES ON THE ISOLATED DIHYDROFOLATE REDUCTASE FROM LACTOBACILLUS CASEI CELLS AND THE CELLS IN CULTURE

Using the multiple regression analysis method in quantitative structure-activity relationships, the inhibitions of dihydrofolate reductase isolated from L. casei cells and that of the intact L. casei cells in culture by 4, 6-diamino-1, 2-dihydro-2,2-dimethyl-1-(3-substituted phenyl)-s-triazines were correlated.
