FIELD DESORPTION MASS SPECTROMETRY——Ⅱ. AMINOGLYCOSIDES

It is unfavorable to study MS of aminoglycosides using electron impact ionization. Mass spectra of eleven aminoglycosides have been obtained by field desorption technique. The, results showed that all of them have the prominent peak M+H and some characteristic fragments which indicate the sequence of aminoglycosides, In this paper, the fragmentation feature and related experimental techniques for field desorption spectra are also discussed.
