STUDIES ON CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF HUBEIBEIMU(FRITILLARIA HUPEHENSIS HSIAO ET K.C.HSIA) Ⅲ.ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF HUPEHENIOSIDE

An new C-nor D-homosteroid glucoside, C₃₃H₅₅NO₇, mp 241～244℃, 241～244℃, named hupeheninoside, was isolated from the bulb of Fritillaria hupehensis Hsiao et K. C. Hsia by column chromatographic techniques.On the basis of the ¹H-NMR, FD-and EI-mass spectra of hupeheninoside and the products of its transfomation, the structure and configuration of hupeheninoside have been established as 5α, 14α-cevanine-6α-hydroxyl-3α-β-D-glucoside (Ⅳ).
