    Abstract
  • A new series of compounds, (Ⅸ and.Ⅻ) related to hemicholinium-3 were synthesized. The dibromo compounds (Ⅳ) were condensed with large excess of various tertiary amines in, boiling dioxane to give the corresponding bisquaternary ammonium salts (Ⅸ and Ⅻ).
