PULSE POLAROGRAPHIC DETERMINATION OF HYPEROSIDE FROM APOCYNUM VENETUM L.

This paper reports the extraction, separation and quantitative determination of hyperoside in Luobuma (Apocynum venetum L.). After solvent extraction of the crude drug, hyper0side was separated by thin layer chromatography and determined by pulse polarographic method. Ammonium sulfate solution 0.1 M was used as the supporting electrolyte. The peak potential was -1.45 V (vs SCE).
