TWO FLAVONOIDS FROM LAGOPSIS SUPINA

AIMTo study the chemical constituents of Lagopsis supina. METHODSCompounds were isolated by column chromatography of silica gel and Sephadex LH-20, and the structures were determined by spectral analysis. RESULTSTwo compounds were isolated and elucidated as apigenin-7-O-(6″-(E)-P-coumaroyl)-β-D-galactopyranoside (I) and apigenin-7-O-(3″,6″-di-(E)-P-coumaroyl)-β-D-galactopyranoside (II). CONCLUSION I and II are new compounds.
