DETERMlNATION OF ACETYLSPIRAMYCIN BY VOLTAMMETRY AT OIL / WATER INTERFACE
-
Abstract
The voltammetric behavior of acetylspiramycin at water-nitrobenzerne interface have been studied by semi- differential cyclic voltammetry. The experimental results showed that acetvl-spiramycin facilitated the transfer of Cd2+ ions in the system of 0.1 mol/L CdCl2(water)一0.005mol/L tetraphenylarsonium一tetraphenylborate(TPAsTPB)( nitrobenzene ,NB )and the characteris-tics of the voltammogram are the same as those of normal neopolarography. The peak current isdirectly proportional to the concentration of acetylspiramycin(NB)in the range of 29~437μ/ml andthe relative standard deviation is about 2%. No significant difference was found as compared with thebiological method.
