STRUCTURE DETERMINATION OF TWO SAPONINS FROM GLYCYRRHIZA INFLATA BAT

BY means of HPLC isolation ,seven triterpenoid saponins were isolated from theroots and rhizomes of Glycyrrhiza inflata Bat.Two of them were identified as glycyrrhetic acid-3-O-β-D-6″-methyl-glucuronopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-6′-n-butyl-glucuronopyranoside(Ⅱ )and glycyrrheticacid-3-O-β-D-6″-n-butyl-glucuronopyranosyl-( 1→2)-β-D-6′-butyl-glucuroi1opyranoside(Ⅰ)onthe basis of chemical and spectroscopic methods ,and named as inflasaponinⅠand inflasaponin Ⅳ,respectively。
