Abstract
5α-Chlorine-16-methylene-3β, 6β, 17α-trihydroxypregnan-20-one 3, 17-diacetate has been examined to confirm the key structure using proton deeoupled and coupled INEPT technique. By comparison with the proton broadband decoupling and gated deccupling assignment techniques, the INEPT methods showed higher sensitivity, selectivity and time-efficiency.
