STUDIES ONTHECHEMICAL CONSTITUENTTS OF HYLOTELEPHIUM MINGJINIANUM(s.H,FU) H;OHBA

Two new flavonoids were isolated from Hylotelephium mingjinianum (S.H. Fu)H.Ohba(Crassulaceae).On the basis of spectral data (UV,IR,MS,NMR,2DNMRandAPT)andchemical reactions l they were elucidated to be3,5,7,8,'-pentahydroxyflavone-7-O-β-D-glucuronide ,named mingjinianuronide A (Xl)and 3,,7,8,4'- pentahydroxyflavone-8-O-β-D-2”-0-(2-methylbutanoyl )glucuronide ,named mingjinianuronide B(XII).Moreover,ten knowncompounds have been isulated and identified as :tritriacontane(I),friedelin(II),β-sitosterol(III),daucosterol(IV),protocatechuic aciu(V),gallic acid(VI),quereetin(VII),quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyrancosde(VIII),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(IX )and kaelnpferol-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyraneside(X)。
