DETERMINATION OF QINGHAOSU (ARTEANNUIN) IN ARTEMISIA ANNUA L.BY PULSE POLAROGRAPHY

    Abstract
  • The polarographic behavior of Qinghaosu in various electrolytes was studied. It was found that a well-defined wave was obtained in 0.05M ammonium sulfate supporting electrolyte for quantitative analysis. It is recommended to use a medium containing 20% glacial acetic acid and 0. 05M ammonium salfate. The peak potential of Qinghaosu under these conditions is 0 Ⅴ (vs SCE). The peak current is proportional to concentration in the range of 0～6μg/ml.
