STUDY ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF LIGUSTIGUM JEHOLENSE NAKAI ET KITAGAWA
Five compounds were isolated from the root and rhizome of Ligustium jeholense Nakai et Kitagawa,One of them is a new compound named neoligustilide(Ⅰ).The others are knowncompounds;ligustilide(Ⅱ),4-hydroxy-3-methoxy styrene(Ⅲ),ferulic acid(IV)and β-sitosterol(V).Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis and comparison with authentic compounds.
