STUDIES ON SEPARATION AND DETERMINATION OF SIX COUMARINS IN MURJ5cAYA PANICULATA(L)JACK BY RP-HPLC

A reversed phase HPLC method for separation and determination of six coumarins(murragatin．merazin hydrate，murpanidin，murpanicin，murralogin，hainanmurpanin)in Murrayspaniculata(L)Jack was established．An ODS column(YWG-C₁₈)and mobile phase methnol—water--acetonitrile (10:100:30)were employed．Isoporalen was used as internal standard．The determination wavelength was set at 320 nm．The method is simple，sensitive，reproducible and has been used for sample analysis．
