STUDIES ON ANTIBILHARIAL DRUGS——Ⅲ.SYTHESES OF FURAN,PHENOXYACETIC ACID AND ETHOXYPHENYL DERIVATIVES

Five furans two phenoxyacetic acids and one ethoxyphenyl derivative were prepared and tested for therapeutic effect on schistosomiasis japonica in mice, Only the Hydrochloride of β-diethylaminoethyl ester of 3-(5-nitro-2-furyl) acrylic acid has slight preventive effect; the other serven compounds were found no preventive effect so far.
