ANTIHYPERTENSIVE COMPOUNDS SYNTHESIS OF 2-1MINO-3-(β-HYDROXYPHENETHYL) THIAZOLIDINE DERIVATIVES

    Abstract
  • 2-Imino-3-(β-hydroxyphenethyl)thiazolidine showed hypotensive activity. In order to find more active derivatives, a series of compounds has been synthesized.In preliminary screening tests, Compounds (Ⅱ-2) and (Ⅳ-1) showed considerable hypotensive effect.
