DESIGN AND SYNTHESIS OF NOVEL PEPTIDES AS HEPATITIS B VACCINE

S Three peptides as hepatitis B vaccine candidates were designed according to aprinciple in which high-density multiple segments of HBV were linked covalently instead of conjugatinga proteinous earrier.Ahybrid MAP(multiple antigen peptide)structure with lysine-tree scaffoldingwas assembled in some of these peptides. All target peptides were synthesized by stepwise solid-phaseprocedure with Boc/Bzl and Boc/Bzl-Fmoc/tBu matching protocols.The structures of the preductswere confirmed by amino acid analysis.
