TUMOR LOCALIZING AGENTS: SYNTHESIS OF N-SUBSTITUTED IMINODIACETIC ACIDS

In searching for new tumor-localizing agents a series of N-substituted iminodiacetic acids was synthesized by reacting nitrilotriacetic acids anhydride with appropriate aminoacids. One of them, I_c, when complexed with ^99mTc showed promising results in tumor-bearing mice.
