APPLICATION OF DYNAMIC PROGRAMMING FOR QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF QUTONG TABLET AND KEGANMIN TABLET
-
Abstract
A new method——dynamic programming method was applied to the spectrometric analysis of multicomponent preparations. First of all, using area fitting method, the equations including N components could be set up. According to the principle of dynamic programming, the equations might be changed into a problem of two variation dynamic programming. Using minimax criterion, the optimal proportional coefficient of each component could be found one by one; at the same time, the concentration of each component in the mixture could be determined. A microcomputer was used to manage experimental data. Qutong tablets and Keganmin tablets were analysed. The average recoveries for each component were within 100.0±1.0% and CV<2.0%.
