    Abstract
  • A new acidic component named typnic acid was isolated from the inflorecences fraction of Typha angustata Bory et Chaub. The structure of typhic acid has been proved by means of UV, IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, mass spectrometry and preparation of derivatives.
