OPEN STEP-GRADED GRAFT DRY COLUMN CHROMATOGRAPHY

A new technique, for dry-Column-chromatography is-described. It possesses three advantages: 1. The column can be opened; 2. Several adsorbents can be packed in the same column according to dry TLC prepared with grooved, glass; 3. Impure: bands can be removed and redeveloped without elution. : The technique, apparatus and theory for themethod are included together with examples of application. The method is found to be rapid, economic and effective for the separation of mixtures.
