SELECTION OF OPTIMAL PAPER CHROMATOGRAPHIC SYSTEM FOR 14 AMINO ACIDS

According to the basic principle of information content, this paper classified 15 kinds of developing systems for paper chromatography of 14 amino acids by applying Shannon equation and adopting the numerical taxonomic techniqueinformation content (NT-Ⅰ), system-differences-information content (SD-Ⅰ) and category average-information content (CA-Ⅰ) method. From those, the optimal combination was related and refered to the experiments. The results show that these optimal combinations can solve the problem well. It can be seen that SD-Ⅰ is better than NT-Ⅰ, and CA-Ⅰ is a little worse than NT-Ⅰ.
