STUDIES ON THE MINOR ALKALOIDS OF CEPHALOTAXUS HAINANENSIS LI

Six minor alkaloids (Ⅻ～ⅩⅦ) were isolated from the bark of Cephalotaxus hainanensis Li in addition to the eleven alkaloids and two troponic lactones previously reported. Alkaloid Ⅻ and ⅩⅢ were identified as cephalotaxinone and (+)acetyceph-alotaxine respectively. The structures of the other four new alkaloids (ⅩⅣ～ⅩⅦ), cephalotaxinamide, demethylneodrupacine, deoxyharringtonic acid and isoharringtonic acid were postulated on the basis of their spectrometric data and with the latter two also chemically correlated with the known alkaloids.
