    Abstract
  • An accurate RP-HPLC method for the determination of icariin,baohuoside baohuoside Ⅱ,epimedoside A,sagittatoside B,epimedin B,epimedmc,ikarisoside C and ikarisosideF in the leaves of Epimedium brevicornum Maxim.,E. sagittatum(Sieb.et Zucc.)Maxim.,E.wushanense T.S.Ying,E.pubescens Maxim. and E. koreanum Nakai has been developed. The analytieal column wasDISK-Cphenly. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-acetic acid solution. Gradient elution was employed.The detection wavelength was 272 nm.
