Abstract
Viscum coloratum (Kom.) Nakai is a well-known traditional Chinese medicine. For the exploration of the active principles, the chemical components of this drug were studied. Five compounds were isolated. Based on chemical and spectroscopic analysis, the structure of Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ have been elucidated as isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside, isorhamnetin-7-O-β-D-glucoside, homoeriodictyol-7-O-β-D-apiosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside, homoeriodictyol-7-O-β-D-apiosyl(1→5)-β-D-apiosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside and homoeriodictyol-7-O-β-D-(6″O-acetyl)-glucopyranoside, respectively. Ⅲ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ are three new flavanone glycosides and named viscumneoside Ⅲ, viscumneoside Ⅴ and viscumne oside Ⅵ, respectively. Two other compounds (Ⅰ, Ⅱ) were found in this genus for the first time.
