Fifteen components were isolated from the dry leaves of Rabdosia macrophylla. Six of them were found to be kaurene type diterpenoids and shown to have antitumor activities or cytotoxicity.This paper reports the structure of a new kaurane type diterpenoid named rabdophyllin H. This compound showed cytotoxicity against QGY- 7703 Heptoma cells.
