STUDY ON ANTHMPLANTATION DRUGS——Ⅱ. SYNTHESIS OF 1-TRIFLUOROMETHYL-1, 2-DIPHENYLETHYLENES

A series of substituted 1-trifluoromethyl-1,2-diphenylethyl-enes Ⅵ_a-e(R₁=H, Cl, OCH₃; R₂=H, CH₃, OCH₃) was synthesized. Compound Ⅵ_c (R₁=R₂=OCH₃) given oral-ly to female rats after mating for three consecutive days in a dosage of 5mg/kg once each day showed marked antiimplantation activity.
