Abstract

A pregnane glycoside ester was isolated from Marsdenia koi Tsiang by column chromatography. The structure was identified on the basis of IR, ¹H-NMR,¹³C-NM R and FAB-MS. It is a new compound obtained from this plant for the first time and named as marsdekoiside C.
