STUDIES ON CONSTITUENTS OF RHODODENDRON CHYSANTHUM PALLAS

    Abstract
  • From the leaves of Rhododendron chysanthum Pallas, a folk medicine of Korea, we isolated and characterized eleven constituents. They are campanulin (Ⅰ), simiarenol (Ⅱ),β-sitosterol (Ⅲ), uvaol (Ⅳ), oleanolic acid (Ⅴ), hyperin (Ⅵ), polystachoside (Ⅶ), avicularin (Ⅷ), quercitin (Ⅸ), rhododendrol (Ⅹ), rhododendrin (Ⅺ).
