A METHOD FOR THE ANALYSIS OF THE ABSORPTION KINETICS OF DRUGS

In this paper, a method has been suggested for the analysis of the absorption kinetics of drugs. Its mathematical derivation is simple and easily expanded to multicompartment models. Its calculative quantity is smaller than the Loo-Riegelman method and its reductive method. Since exponential function is not involved, it is completely appropriate for calculating by hand. The results obtained by this and the L-R methods are basically the same.
