SIMULTANEOUS DETERMINATION OF PHENOL AND KESORCINOL USING MULTIWAVELENGTH DATA LINEAR DUAL COMBINATION SYNCHRONOUS FLUORIMETRY

  • The computational analysis of synchronous fluoresce nce spect ra of p henol andresorcinol by multiwavelength data linear dual combination has been proposed.The effect of △λ,solution pH and lighting time with Xe lamp on fluorescence intensity of phenol and resorcinol wasexan1ined,and a new analytical method for simultaneous detennination of phenol and resorcinol intheir mixed sample was established.The proposed method has been used to deten11ine phenol andresorcinol in their compound pharmaceutical preparations with recoveries of 98.5%±1.4 % and98.8% ± 1.3%,respectively.
