APPLICATION OF ORTHOGONAL FUNCTION SPECTROPHOTOMETRY TO THE DETERMINATION OF AMIDOPRINE IN COMPOUND AMIDOPRINE AND CAFFEINE TABLETS

  • Amidoprine is one of the active ingredients contained in compound tablets of amidoprine and caffeine which can not be determined by the general spectrophotometric method. The proposed method for determination of amidoprine in presence of caffeine is described by the P2 or △p2 method. The results obtained are satisfactory both in recovery and in precision.
