COUMAPINS FROM NOTOPTERYGIUM INCISUM TING

Abstract
Three new coumarins were isolated from Notopterygium incisumTing.On basis of spectral data(UV,IR,MS,NMR and 2DNMR),they were elucidated to be 5-(2E-3,7-dimethyl-5-ethyoxy-2,6-octadienyloxy) psoralen,named ethylnotopterol(XII);5-(2E,5E)-3,7-dimethyl-7-(1-ethoxy)-ethoxy-2,5-octadienyloxypsoralen,named notoptolide(XIII),and 5-(2E)-3,7-dimethyl-5,6-epoxy psoralen,named anhydronotoptoloxide(XIV).Moreover,twelve known coumarins have been isolated and identified as bergapten (I),isoimperatorin(II),demethyfuropinnaein/(III),bergaptol(IV),notopterol(V),notoptol(VI),anhydronotoptol(VII),xanthotoxol(VIII),bergamottin(IX),7-isopentenyloxy-6-methoxy-coumarin (X),7-(3,7-dimethyl-2,6-octadienyloxy)-6-methoxy-coumarin(XI) and nodakenin(XV).
