CHEMICAL STUDIES ON ARISTOLOCHIA TUBFLORA DUNN

    Abstract
  • A new constituent ,aristolophenanlactone I,was isolated from Aristolochia tubfloraDunn. Its structure was elucidated as 9,10-dihydroxy-8-methoxy-3,4-methylenedioxyphenanthrene-1-carboxylic acid lactone on the basis ofIR, UV , HRMS, 1HNMR and NOEDS spectra. Aristolochicacid-Ⅰ ,Ⅱ ,Ⅲa ,Ⅶa ,aristololactam-Ⅰ ,Ⅱand debilic acid were also isolated from this plant.
