ISOLATION AND STRUCTURE OF SESQUITERPENE ALKALOIDS FROM TRIPTERYGIUM WILFORDII HOOK F

Two sesquiterpene alkaloids , euonymine and wifordsine were isolated from Triterygium wilfordii Hook.f.wilfordsine is a new alkaloid. The structure of wilfordsine andeuonymine were elucidated on the basis of UV,I,MS,HRMS,¹HNMR,¹³CNMK,COSY,NOESY and COLOC methods. Wilfordsine was shown to be immunosuppressive.
