ANALYSIS OF PYQUITON BY REVERSED PHASE HIGHPERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY

  • A HPLC method was developed to analyze pyquiton under the following conditions: Column: YWG-CH 10μ φ 5 mm×200 mm; eluent: methanolwater (100:40 v/v); flow rate: 0.5 ml/min; detector: UV-200 Double Beam Spectrophotometer (Shimadzu, Japan); micro flow through cell: 8 μ1 'H' geometry; detecting wavelength: λmax 263 nm, α-asarone was used as internal standard. The recovery is 99~101% and CV<1.6% (n=4). This method is more accurate, rapid and simple than the UV-TLC method.
