SYNTHESIS OF ANALOGS OF TAI-DING-AN, A NEW DRUG FOR TREATMENT OF CHLAMYDOZOA TRACHOMATIS
-
Abstract
Tai-Ding-An, an effective agent against chlamydozoa-trachomatis and herpes virus, has been used in clinical trial. Because of its poor water solubility, eight new analogs were syhthesized by direct condensation of the appropriate aldehydes and 3-amino substituted ketones with thiosemicarbazide.
