SYNTHESIS AND CARDIOVASCULAR ACTIVITIES OF N-BENZOYLETHYL TETRAHYDROISOQUINOLINES

Tetraliydroisoquinolines have strong activity on adrenoceptor and calciumchannels.Benzovlethvl amines have cardiovascular activities.In order to search for cardiovasculardrugs with high potency,low toxicity and side-effects,we designed and synthesised twelve newbenzoylethyl tetrahydroisoquinolines.Preliminary pharmacology test showed that four of themobviously elevated the blood pressure of rats,but HP0l significantly reduced the blood pressure.
