    Abstract
  • Nine new compounds were synthesized and tested for their α-adrenoceptor affinity and antihypertensive activity together with 5 other previously reported compounds(1). Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅱa, Ⅱb and Ⅲa showed high α-adrenoceptor affinity and strong antihypertensive activity.
